The Hera Mine project was a critical water management initiative delivered in two strategic stages to meet the urgent operational requirements of our client.

Stage 1: Emergency Sump Installation

In response to the client’s immediate need to commission the sump component, Enviro Lining was rapidly mobilised to site. Despite tight timeframes, our team successfully completed the sump system, enabling the mine to continue critical dewatering and site operations without delay.

Stage 2: Full Dam Installation

EL returned to site several months later to complete the remainder of the dam infrastructure. This phase involved the full installation of the dam liner system. The completed structure now provides robust and compliant water management capacity for the long-term needs of the Hera Mine operation.
